Appliance Repair Technician

Our company provides high-quality certified service, repair, and installation for appliances in the San Diego area. We are seeking service technicians to join the team, so if you are a trained and qualified appliance repair technician and you have excellent customer service skills, this is the job for you.

• Have a strong work ethic and be driven to deliver exceptional service experiences
• Be a good communicator
• Be tech-savvy, as more and more of our work involves computers
• Be detail-oriented, following specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship and typing up accurate service notes
• Be a self-starter who is always willing to become an even better tech
• Be able to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs
• Have relevant experience

Requirements

• 1-2 years industry experience or three years general contract maintenance experience
• Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with hands on experience
• Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards (i.e., asbestos, lead, mold, radon) as they apply to residential housing
• Available to be “on-call” when requested and promptly respond to work order requests during assigned periods, except during meal periods and rest breaks during which time employee is relieved of all duties and the
• Company relinquishes any control over how employee spends this time
• Valid driver license and automobile insurance
• Ability to read and write English
• Speak English and understand spoken English
• General understanding of Email, Phone Apps and AppFolio property management software preferred
