First time using this company. We had a washing machine that started flooding The laundry room and lower floor when I turned it on to do a load. Elijah Was able to come out the same day, in the timeframe that they said he would be available, and have the whole thing diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes. I really appreciated the speed of response, the ability to fix it without having to wait for another service appointment, and Elijah's knowledge and demeanor. Big City Appliance was quick to respond and was able to come to see my broken refrigerator the same day I contacted them free of charge. 4 Days later. After receiving the parts ordered, my fridge was fixed in 15 minutes. The price point was less than expected too. These guys are professional, efficient, and reliable. I now have their number on my phone they have become my go-to appliance repair when needed.

They came the next day after I put out my initial request for a refrigerator repair and it was actually the same day that I had spoken with them. The repair was fast and tech Phillip was very nice and informative. The cost was average but actually pretty good for same-day service! I would for sure use again!
